Smoked Scotch

Adding a little smoke to your Scotch, Whiskey or Bourbon can add years to the flavour and a distinct aroma. This is a great way to make one bottle taste like two or three. Adding different types of smoke let that be Hickory, Maple or Oak can change up your drink and give you such variety. Not to mention it just looks cool!

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 oz of your scotch of choice

Instructions - using a board

Burn the wood block with a torch for a few seconds until you have a little smoke. Next, place the glass over the burnt wood for a few minutes. Turn the glass up gently add your Scotch and ice if you choose. Enjoy the boost in flavour!

Instructions - using a topper

Pour your Scotch into your glass. Next, place your topper on top, add your wood chips and light your topper. After a few second, cover with the lid and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Remove topper and enjoy!

Instructions - using a infuser

Pour your Scotch into your glass. Next, turn on your smoking gun and infuse the pitcher with smoke for 1-2 minutes; close the container with a piece of saran wrap so the smoke is trapped into the glass. Remove after a couple of minutes and enjoy!
